Shipping Within Canada
Moonrise Boutique currently ships across Canada.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping within Canada before taxes and after discounts.
Processing Times
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information when available.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Holidays, weather, and other carrier delays may also affect delivery times.
Free Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our downtown Castlegar storefront.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to collect your order so we can make sure everything is ready for you.
Vintage and Pre Loved Items
Many of our vintage and pre loved pieces are one of a kind. Once an item sells, we are usually unable to replace it.
Each order is carefully packed before leaving Moonrise.
Shipping Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Moonrise Boutique is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help you locate it and work with the shipping carrier when possible.
